The CIVIC LIFE tour had its first screening at the Encounters International Film Festival, Bristol. The screening saw the UK premiere of the latest film in the CIVIC LIFE series, TIONG BAHRU.

There was standing room only at a special preview screening of the CIVIC LIFE tour at 'The Nunnery', East London as part of the inaugural CINEAST screening event.


Tiong Bahru screenings at the National Museum of Singapore
October 2010

The world premiere of TIONG BAHRU took place on Tuesday 5 October at the National Museum of Singapore. The cinema was packed with over 250 people attending the event. TIONG BAHRU was screened with the award winning films from 'Where The Heart Is', the film competition run as part of CIVIC LIFE: SINGAPORE.

The world premiere screening was followed by three subsequent screenings at the National Museum of Singapore. These subsequent screenings also included a selection of films from 'Where The Heart Is' competition. These screenings were hugely successful with more than 400 people attending over the three nights.

Helen DVD released in the US

We are delighted to announce that HELEN is now available on DVD and VOD in the States. The release was reviewed by 'Hammer to Nail' and you can read their review here.
